Owners

  • Who are your clients?
Our clients are primarily owners, occupiers or those with second homes in a great part of the city with availability from 6 weeks to 1 year. We also receive interest from owners who have vacant properties on the market and wish to generate extra income during the period between selling.
  • What if something goes wrong during a let?
We ensure owners are protected with a comprehensive agreement and security deposits. We recommend that you take out your own insurance and inform your insurer that you are letting out your property. We can introduce you to unique insurance companies specialising in the home-sharing market. It is pay-per-stay and can exists alongside your existing insurance policy.
  • Who are the guests that will be staying in my home?
Our guests are often tourists (couples or families) coming to London for a holiday, or business travellers. We also receive enquiries from guests requiring accommodation for medium to long periods such as for extended business trips, house renovations or relocations.
  • Where are your properties located?
Most of our properties are located in West, North West and South West London– however we’re not limited to these areas.
  • How do you choose homes to list?
All our homes are hand-picked and high quality looking at amenities fully equipped inside, as well as location and proximity to all the best that London has to offer.
  • The fee for the service feels high. Any friend & family discounts?
We offer a discount on the commission for managing your property using a refer a friend model. For every new property you refer who successfully lists a property with us and takes a booking, we will reduce the commission that starts at 20%, by 1.5% up to a resting base of 15%.
  • Can I rent my property for less time but earn more money?
If you wish to rent for less time we will amend the minimum night stay according to government guidelines and consult with you on steps you can take to improve the listing quality. We can raise the price by putting you in contact with interior designers and stylists to make your property the most Instagram-able and booked possible!
  • What do I need to do to prepare my home?
Your home should be in a clean and marketable state to present to guests. All homes must be compliant with local health and safety regulations. Gas and electric safety inspections should be done, and all fire alarms should be fully functioning. Your boiler should have an up-to-date service to avoid last minute issues. We also recommend that any items of high or sentimental value are removed or stored in a safe, lockable space. Personal belongings can be left inside your home; however, we require that you leave sufficient storage space for guests to unpack and feel at home without having to move your things.
  • What happens if my property is not furnished?
All properties must be fully furnished with all essential amenities and equipment. If yours is not yet furnished, we can assist you renting or buying furniture for an extended period, so it reaches the standards required for listing.
